Ingredients

60ml Roaming Spirits Citrus Gin
15ml Dry Vermouth
Orange twist for garnish
Generous dose of ice

Making & Notes

In a shaker, muddle fresh mint leaves with fresh lime juice and simple syrup.
Add Roaming Spirits Citrus Gin and ice cubes.
Shake well and strain into a glass filled with ice.
Top with soda water.
Garnish with a lime wedge and a mint sprig.
