Goods will be dispatched by Roam Distillery within 7 working days of order and payment (unless otherwise stated)
Roam Distillery shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to any failure by Roam Distillery to deliver any Goods promptly.
Delivery dates or times indicated by Roam Distillery to the Buyer are approximate only and do not constitute a guarantee of delivery or delivery by such date or time.
Goods may be placed on Back Order if agreed in writing by Roam Distillery. Those Goods shall be supplied by Roam Distillery as soon as reasonably practicable upon RoamDistillery receiving those Goods.
Roam Distillery may, in the sole discretion of Roam Distillery, delay delivery of any Goods until Roam Distillery has received payment from the Buyer of all money due by the Buyer to Roam Distillery in respect of those Goods and any other Goods previously sold by Roam Distillery to the Buyer.
