Role: Casual | Age: 18+
Are you ready to join a passionate, fast-paced team that values flavour, local produce, and warm hospitality? You’ll be working in our cellar door, café, and event space—serving up everything from cocktails and coffee to farm-grown food and local stories.
Whether you’re keen to build a career in hospitality or just love creating great experiences for people, this role is a great place to start.

Junior Waitstaff
Role: Casual | Age: 16+
We’re on the lookout for friendly, hard-working juniors (16 years and up) to join our casual pool of front-of-house crew at Roam Distillery.
You’ll be working across our café and cellar door—greeting guests, delivering food, clearing tables, and helping us create a great experience for everyone who walks through the door.
