Our story begins in the soil
Our farm is both certified organic and biodynamic through Southern Cross Certified – a guarantee that our methods meet strict, independently-audited standards for sustainability, soil health, and chemical-free farming. It’s not just a stamp—it’s proof of the care that goes into every drop we distill and every ingredient we grow.

Beyond Organic
What is Biodynamic Farming?
Biodynamics goes beyond organic. It treats the farm as a living ecosystem—where plants, animals, people and the seasons all work together in balance. We work in tune with nature’s rhythms, using composts, herbal preparations, and lunar planting calendars to grow healthy, nutrient-dense crops like citrus, herbs, grapes and olives. No synthetic chemicals. No artificial inputs. Just nature doing what it does best.
Why Biodynamic farming makes a difference
This approach protects pollinators, restores the soil, and produces ingredients full of flavour and vitality. It’s a slower way of farming – but one that leaves the land better than we found it. Certification keeps us accountable – and gives you confidence in what you're eating and drinking.

From Our Farm to Your Glass & Plate
In The Distillery, grapes from our vineyard form the base of our signature spirits. Citrus, herbs, olives and florals from the farm shape the flavour of our gins, vodkas and liqueurs.
In The Kitchen, our café menu is built around what's in season. We grow what we can and source the rest from local producers who share our values.
In Every Drop, when you sip Roaming Spirits, you're tasting place, season, and purpose.

Animals & Our Closed-Loop
Our animals aren’t just cute – they’re co-workers in our regenerative system.
Chickens & Ducks roam freely, eating pests and fertilising as they go.
Pigs turn food and garden scraps into nourishment, helping us reduce waste while supporting soil health.
The System: Everything feeds back into the farm – closing the loop, building biodiversity, and limiting our reliance on outside inputs.
