Long before it held our whisky, this cask was shaped by years of Oloroso Sherry, carrying a quiet depth that only time can create.

Dried fruit, gentle spice and rich oak became part of the cask's character long before it arrived at our distillery, waiting to influence the spirit that followed.

Filled with our spirit, the whisky slowly found its own expression. The cask offered richness and complexity without overwhelming, allowing each layer to develop naturally until the balance felt complete.

Every single cask follows its own path, and no two are ever the same. This release captures one moment in that journey - bottled at its peak, never to be repeated.

Nose

Rich and inviting with aromas of dried fig, dark raisin and toasted walnut. Layers of orange peel and seasoned oak unfold slowly, with subtle notes of milk chocolate beneath.

Palete

Full and rounded with dark cherry, plum and molasses at the forefront. The Oloroso cask brings warmth and depth, balanced by cinnamon spice, toasted oak and a gentle sherried sweetness that carries through the palate.

Finish

Long, warming and softly drying. Lingering notes of cocoa, spice and seasoned oak remain well after the final sip, leaving a rich and contemplative finish.
