Our first whisky release set the foundation for what we want Roam whisky to be — honest, considered and shaped by the cask it calls home. For our second release, we turned to a sherry-seasoned barrel known for its depth and warmth. Over time, the spirit settled into the wood, pulling in rich notes of fruit, spice and gentle sweetness. The result is a fuller, more layered expression that still feels distinctly Roam: crafted with patience, bottled with intention, and made to be shared.

Every barrel brings its own character, and that’s the part of whisky-making we love most. After releasing our first bourbon-matured expression, we wanted to explore something deeper. This sherry-seasoned cask offered exactly that — a slower, richer development that brought dried fruit, warmth and structure to the spirit. Our second release is the natural next step in our whisky story: thoughtful, expressive and shaped entirely by the cask.

Nose

Bold and expressive. Dried figs and dark prunes meet toasted almonds, with a hint of sweet spice drifting through. A deep, rounded aroma that promises complexity.

Palete

Dark stone fruits unfold—plum, cherry and a touch of raisin—lifted by warming spice. Clove and cardamom add depth without overwhelming, carried by the richness of seasoned sherry oak.

Finish

Warming and well-paced. The sweet fruit notes slowly give way to dry spice and oak, leaving a gently tannic finish that lingers just long enough.
