Distilled from Western Australian grain and matured in a single Port cask from Tasmania, this Australian malt whisky reflects time, place and restraint. It’s a considered expression of patience and precision – distilled conservatively, with only the cleanest heart laid to rest.

Our third Single Cask release explores a richer, more decadent side of Roam whisky. Matured in a port-seasoned barrel, this expression brings forward deep fruit character and a gentle sweetness, while still holding the balance and clarity that define our style.

Crafted with the same care as our previous releases, only the purest heart of the spirit was filled to cask. Time in port oak has added layers of dark fruit, soft caramel and warming spice, resulting in a whisky that is both indulgent and beautifully composed.

Following our bourbon and sherry casks, the port barrel marks a natural progression - adding depth, texture and a velvety finish. As with every Single Cask release, this whisky is limited, expressive, and shaped entirely by the barrel it matured in.
